We started in 2018 with a straightforward observation: Manchester's business community needed vehicle rental that matched the standards they maintained in other aspects of their operations.
Most rental companies optimized for volume and turnover. We chose to optimize for consistency and reliability instead. That decision shaped everything that followed.
Our first client was a consulting firm that needed reliable vehicles for client site visits. They're still with us today, now managing a fleet of twelve vehicles through our corporate program.
What drives our approach
We maintain a smaller fleet than our competitors. This allows us to ensure every vehicle meets our standards before it reaches a client.
Each vehicle undergoes a comprehensive inspection before every rental period. This isn't a quick walk-around. It's a systematic check that takes forty minutes and covers mechanical condition, interior state, and technology functionality.
When issues arise, we address them immediately rather than scheduling them for later maintenance windows. This approach costs more but eliminates the situations that damage client relationships.
Our team structure
We employ seven full-time staff members in Manchester. Three manage client relationships and reservations. Two handle vehicle preparation and logistics. Two focus on maintenance coordination and quality assurance.

This policy ensures clients always experience current model year vehicles with the latest safety and technology features. It also maintains resale value, which ultimately supports our ability to offer competitive rates for the service level we provide.
Client relationships
Approximately seventy percent of our business comes from recurring clients. This percentage has remained stable for three years.
We attribute this retention rate to our focus on operational consistency rather than promotional offers. Clients return because they know exactly what to expect from each rental experience.

We're not pursuing rapid expansion. Our current scale allows us to maintain the quality standards that define our service.
