River-pulse.com provides business-class vehicle rental services in Manchester, United Kingdom. Our services include vehicle rental, delivery and collection, and related support services as described on our website.
Eligibility requirements
To rent a vehicle through our service, you must:

- Hold a valid driving license for a minimum of three years
- Provide valid identification and proof of address
- Meet our insurance requirements
- Have a valid payment method for deposit and rental charges
Booking and reservations
Reservation requests submitted through our website are subject to availability confirmation. A reservation is not confirmed until you receive written confirmation from us via email.
We reserve the right to decline any reservation request at our discretion, particularly if eligibility requirements are not met or if documentation cannot be verified.
Pricing and payment
All prices displayed on our website are in British Pounds Sterling and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
Payment terms:
- Security deposit required at time of vehicle collection
- Rental charges may be paid in advance or upon vehicle return as agreed
- Additional charges for damage, excessive mileage, or late return will be billed separately
- Corporate accounts may be subject to different payment arrangements
Cancellation policy
Cancellations made more than 48 hours before scheduled rental start time will receive a full refund of any advance payment.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of rental start time may be subject to cancellation fees equivalent to one day's rental charge.
We reserve the right to cancel reservations due to unforeseen circumstances including vehicle unavailability due to mechanical issues. In such cases, we will offer an alternative vehicle or full refund.
Vehicle condition and inspection
All vehicles are inspected and cleaned before rental. Upon collection, you should inspect the vehicle and report any pre-existing damage or issues immediately.
You are responsible for returning the vehicle in the same condition as received, accounting for normal wear and tear. Damage occurring during your rental period will be charged to you.
Rental period and extensions
Vehicles must be returned by the agreed return date and time. Late returns without prior authorization may result in additional charges.
If you need to extend your rental period, contact us before the scheduled return time. Extensions are subject to vehicle availability and may be charged at standard daily rates.
Prohibited uses
You may not use rented vehicles for:
- Illegal activities of any kind
- Racing, speed testing, or competitive driving events
- Transporting passengers for hire
- Off-road driving
- Towing or pushing other vehicles
- Transporting hazardous materials
- Driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs
- Allowing unauthorized drivers to operate the vehicle
Insurance and liability
All vehicles include basic insurance coverage as required by UK law. Optional enhanced coverage is available at additional cost.
You are responsible for any damage, theft, or loss of the vehicle during your rental period, subject to the terms of the applicable insurance coverage.
You must report any accidents or damage to us immediately, regardless of fault or severity.
Mileage limits
Daily rentals include reasonable mileage allowances as specified in your rental agreement. Excessive mileage may be subject to additional charges.
Weekly and monthly rentals typically include unlimited mileage within the UK unless otherwise specified.
Fuel policy
Vehicles are provided with a full fuel tank and should be returned with a full tank. If returned with less than a full tank, you will be charged for fuel replacement at current market rates plus an administrative fee.
Maintenance and breakdowns
If you experience mechanical issues or breakdown during your rental, contact us immediately. Do not arrange repairs without our authorization except in emergency situations.
We will arrange replacement vehicles or repairs as appropriate. You are not responsible for mechanical failures resulting from normal use.
Website use
You may use our website for lawful purposes only. Prohibited activities include:
- Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Interfering with website functionality
- Transmitting harmful code or malware
- Collecting user information without authorization
- Misrepresenting your identity or affiliation
